Product Range

We stock, supply, and distribute most American specification aerospace metals.

These include USA Federal specifications, such as, QQ-A, QQ-S, MIL S, MIL T, and WW T, and also AMS, and ASTM grades. As well as the national grades we also stock material to specific company requirements such as Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed, General Electric, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney and others.

Struggling to find a product. In addition to products stocked the team in the UK, and USA are experts in sourcing the hard to find items from a network of companies in the Samuel group, our mill sources such as Kaiser Aluminum, and other suppliers in the USA and Canada.

Examples of our product range are listed below;

Aluminium: 1100, 2024, 2219, 2014, 7075, 7050, 7475, 6061, 5052. Aluminium sheet is stocked in Alclad and Bare.

Stainless Steel: 17-4ph, 17-7ph, 15-5ph,ph15-7mo, ph13-8mo, 301, 302, 303, 304, 316, 321, 347, 410, 416, 418 (Greek Ascoloy), 420, 430F, 431, 440A, 440C.

Alloy Steel: 4130, 4340, 300M, 4140, 4330.

Nickel, Brass, and other speciality alloys: Haynes and Inco alloys, 718, 625, A286, Waspaloy, Hastelloy, Aluminium Nickel Bronze 630, Magnesium.

Titanium: Commercially pure grades 1, 2, 3, and 4, Alloys 6al 4v, 6-6-2, 15-3-3-3, 6-2-4-2, 3–2.5, 10-2-3.

 

Pre-production processing

Materials may be ordered to include cutting, shearing, grinding, chemi milling, heat treatment, and testing.

Simple and specific forgings and castings can be made on request.
